Automatic Floor Screeding Robot Floor Master

Floor Master is a modern robot for creating cement-sand and concrete floors, designed to eliminate the most common execution problems. The device effectively reduces the risk of shrinkage cracks, curling at expansion joints and corners, and insufficient compressive and shear strength of the substrate.

Floor Master 130 – Head with troweling discs

The patented Floor Master head actively vibrates during operation, compacting the concrete already at the leveling stage and eliminating voids and weak points. The result is a floor with up to 30% higher density, clearly stronger and more resistant to cracking and long-term use.

Floor Master 130 – Operating modes

During operation, the operator can choose between two working width modes, switched with a single button press – without stopping the machine. This allows instant adjustment to site conditions, faster execution, and full precision.

Our policies

Mobility and Efficiency

The robot fits through standard door openings, offers 80 cm and 130 cm working modes, and enables laying up to 80 m² of floor per hour.

Durable Construction

Made of corrosion-resistant materials, Floor Master is built for harsh conditions, ensuring reliability and durability for years.

Easy to operate

Just several dozen minutes of training are enough for a new operator to master the machine.

Precise Laser Leveling

An advanced laser system guarantees perfect leveling with an error tolerance of only 1 mm.

Precision, High Efficiency, and Health Protection

Floor Master combines precision, efficiency, and health protection – a solution designed for professional floor contractors.

Workmanship quality

Automatic robot operation ensures uniform compaction and perfect floor leveling, which directly translates into higher quality and fewer complaints on site. Floor Master performs well both on large surfaces and in demanding construction conditions.

Perfectly levelled floor with Floor Master

Ergonomics and safety

An additional advantage is significant physical relief for the operator. Working with the robot limits manual troweling and prolonged kneeling, helping prevent occupational diseases such as degeneration of the knees, spine, or hip joints. This is a real improvement in ergonomics and workplace safety.

Floor Master 130 – Ergonomics and safety

Up to 30% better underfloor heating efficiency and lower operating costs

Up to 30% better thermal efficiency in underfloor heating thanks to perfect contact of the mix with the pipes, resulting in faster floor heating, lower energy losses, and reduced operating costs.

Floor Master 130 – Thermal conductivity using Floor Master

Increased thermal conductivity of the floor thanks to screed compaction technology using Floor Master

Floor Master 130 – Standard thermal conductivity

Standard thermal conductivity of a manually made floor, without Floor Master

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to prepare a 1 m² platform at the required level before starting the machine, or can we create a platform without checking the level and let the machine adjust itself after covering 2–3 m²?

It is recommended to prepare a 1 m² platform at the required level before starting the machine. Although experienced users may allow the machine to adjust itself over a small area, it is crucial to mark the laser level on the walls of each room. This ensures consistent operation at the correct level.

How should the machine be cleaned after using cement screed, especially the green conveyor belt? Can water be used?

Yes, the green conveyor belts can be cleaned with water. After washing, they should be blown with compressed air to remove residual moisture. Air pressure should not exceed 0.2 MPa (2 atm) to avoid damaging the belts.

After work, I found small stones (aggregate) jammed in the green conveyor belt, causing dents. Is this normal?

Yes, it is normal for small stones to get trapped under the green conveyor belts. To prevent damage and ensure smooth operation, the belts should be thoroughly cleaned after each use. Neglecting regular cleaning may lead to belt unevenness, which can affect screed flatness. The belts are durable, and removing stones will not cause long-term issues with proper maintenance.

I bought a used machine but cannot operate it properly. Can I visit your factory for maintenance or parts replacement?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory for a service inspection. We can perform maintenance and replace necessary parts.

How can hollow sounds in a screed floor be avoided? Does this machine guarantee no hollow sounds after drying?

Floor Master machines are designed to minimize issues such as hollow sounds by ensuring proper compaction of cement-sand or concrete screeds. The specially designed head ensures optimal reinforcement distribution and compaction of semi-dry mixes for increased durability. To further reduce hollow sounds, it is recommended to use a power trowel for smoothing and leveling after pouring the screed.

I have seen contractors using a power trowel to compact floors. Does this affect floor flatness?

Power trowels do not compact floors; they are used for smoothing and leveling the surface for a better finish. They improve appearance but do not affect compaction.

How can I ensure that the troweling plate and pressure plate are correctly set? Are there any measurements for reassembly during maintenance?

The front troweling plate should be set 2–3 mm higher than the rear plate (adjustments depend on aggregate grain size). Detailed instructions for plate replacement and adjustment are included in the user manual.

Do you provide machine operation training?

Yes. We offer training at our factory or online if an on-site visit is not possible. We also provide a series of instructional videos explaining how to use the machine and fix common issues.

Why does the surface produced by the machine appear wavy?

A wavy surface may occur if the troweling plate is new or excessively worn. Over time, this effect disappears as the plate wears evenly. Additionally, material properties can influence surface texture. Minor waves can be easily smoothed with a power trowel.

Can this machine work with mortar or concrete containing metal or plastic reinforcing fibers?

Yes, it can work with glass, metal, and plastic fibers. However, these materials may accelerate wear of the troweling discs and conveyor belts. In such cases, we recommend submitting the specifications for individual assessment.

What if there is no electricity on my job site? Can I use a generator to power the Cłapa machine?

We do not recommend using generators due to potential voltage instability that may damage the machine. As an alternative, we offer battery-powered machines.

Can I use the battery-powered machine while charging its battery with a cable?

No, it is not possible to use the battery-powered machine while charging. The battery must be disconnected from the machine during charging.
